I made clip photo holders from this tutorial by Debbie Kalustian ( http://www.got2stamp.com/got-2-stamp/2010/04/tutorial-tuesday-binder-clip-photo-holders.html ) and loved them!
Another easy idea is to use scrapbooking paper to line envelopes. The result is very elegant and personal.
